Updates Mimic docs for 2.2 release (#421)

Update Isaac Lab Mimic docs:

1. Add new section on training visuomotor policy for humanoid
2. Add clarifications on how to collect/annotate human demos for
humanoid
3. Add section on how to tune Mimic parameters
4. Minor command updates to bring in line with latest XR changes
