    * removes camera rig from camera class
    * moves height scanner to use xformprim
    * updates play-camera to use set_world_pose_ros
    * fixes method for setting camera pose from view
    * adds tests for setting camera poses
    * makes camera testing consistent
    * adds args to play camera to draw points
    * removes calls to sim.render() in camera buffer()
